Our little ray of sunshine xx
Ray Dawn Coutts was born an angel on the 3rd of january 2007. It was one the the saddest days of our life. When a child is born it should be happy, but it broke our hearts.
Dearest Tiny Ray,
Mummy Daddy Blair and Lochlann all miss you so very much. Being an angel is very special, and i know that you bounce through the clouds having fun with your other angel friends. Im so sorry that Mummy couldnt make you stay here with us, i wish you had, if there was anything i could have done, i would have. I remember when you came into the world, i held you in my arms while daddy made his way to the hospitail, i cried so hard, you were so so perfect and so tiny, i wished that you would have opened your eyes and smiled at me, or that i had woken up from the awful nightmare. When daddy entered the room he looked at you, his little perfect girl, he gave us both a hug and cried while he admired just how perfect you were. I help you so close to my heart over the next 48 hours, pleading with you to wake up, stroking your back hoping i would soon feel you warm and breath your first breath, but it wasnt wasnt to be sweetie. Your aunty Dawnie came to see you and held you too, she waas so so brave for mummy and daddy, we thought it perfect we give you Dawn as a middle name.... she would have loved you so much too angel, we all would have.
Then it was time to say goodbye as they took you to the morchary, it was awful i didnt want to let you go, but i had to , i guess i just couldnt accept you were gone. Mummy wrote you a letter to put in your white box with you, your brother Blair gave you his best toy car to take to heaven to play with, we also gave you a red heart so you could hug it and think of us. There was a tiny bear put in with you and mummy got one too, i cherish it always....
The day we lowered you into the ground, i felt like my world had ended, what kind of mummy was i ? i couldnt have my daughter with me, i was so ill that day sweetie, and i wish i had been in better form for you.
I know i dont come to visit your grave much, its because i feel that you are not in that cold ground, i feel that you are with us here, in the house, i just wish i could see you, hug you, tell you how much we love you, and we do baby girl, and always will.
I miss you so so much sweetie, i wish i had your tiny pink hands here to kiss, to see your smile, to hear your first work, see your first step... but someone else has to care for you while mummy is here with your brothers.
We will all be together again sweetheart, i look forward to holding you, my daughter, my angel... Goodnight Ray, my little Ray of sunshine xxx

One more day
My beautiful princess do not cry,
Mummy is right here i never said bye,
I held you in my arms we loved you so much,
Your were warm in my arms but cold to the touch,
We never left you and we love you forever,
It wont be long my princess until we are together,
Today is the day you should be in my arms with me,
Tho God knew you were special so it just wasnt to be,
It breaks my heart to feel so empty and lost,
Just know i will be with you one day at any cost,
Your brother misses you badly and daddy hurts but stays strong,
I cant help but cry because you should be here and this is all wrong,
Today i shall hug your teddy and pretend that you are here with me,
I just want to hold your hand and kiss you but its not meant to be,
Our little ray of sunshine you will always shine bright,
Sleep with peace mummys angel sweet dreams and sleep tight.

Mummys at a loss baby girl. Ah what i would give to have a house full of barbie rubbish and my little pony and a forever nagging of " mummy can i get a horse ". Im so alone, i feel alone, have u been looking after GAGA ? Ive not felt you....I love you forever and more xoxoxo
These are my footprints
So perfect and small
These tiny footprints
Never touched the ground at all.
Not one tiny footprint for now I have wings.
These tiny footprints were meant for Other things
You will hear my tiny footprints in the patter of the rain.
Gentle drops like angels tears of joy and not from pain.
You will see my tiny footprints in each butterflies lazy dance.
I`ll let you know I'm with you ,If you give me the chance.
You will see my tiny footprints in the rustle of leaves
I will whisper names into the winds and call each one that grieves.
Most of all, these tiny footprints and are found on mummy and daddy`s hearts cause even though i`m gone now we`ll never truly part
Sometimes its hard to remember you, it comes with pain of what happened, but i now have to remember you and smile, at how pretty you are, how perfect you were and how hapy you will be, living in a world without pain. Someday somewhere it will all comme together, until then, know mummy loves you, im always here for you justt float on down xxxx
